The client needed a system that could collect lead data, understand each prospect, score or organize the lead, and move qualified users toward a booked call without constant manual follow-up.

13Floors built a full-stack MERN dashboard to manage leads, statuses, activity, and booking progress. I connected n8n automation workflows with Ollama and Gemini models to parse lead information, extract useful details, identify qualified prospects, and trigger follow-up actions. The system also handled booking logic, notifications, and lead routing so the sales team could focus on high-value conversations.
