The challenge
International property search can be difficult because buyers need to compare listings across countries, understand different markets, contact trusted agencies, and filter large amounts of property data. Real estate teams also need a better way to manage inquiries, qualify buyers, and route leads to the right agency or developer.

I helped shape a full-stack real estate platform with AI-assisted search, property matching, inquiry automation, and lead qualification workflows. The AI agent helped users narrow down property options based on location, budget, property type, investment intent, and lifestyle needs. Automation flows supported inquiry routing, agency notifications, saved searches, and follow-up actions.
The value created
The platform created a smoother international property search experience for buyers and a more organized lead-management process for real estate partners.
