The challenge
The platform needed to support multiple user roles while keeping the buying and booking experience simple. Sellers required tools to manage products, services, availability, orders, and customer activity, while customers needed an easy way to browse, book, pay, track orders, and use loyalty rewards.
What 13Floors built
13Floors built a MERN-based web platform with separate admin, seller, and customer panels. The system handled account creation, product and service management, online ordering, transaction flows, payment gateway integration, loyalty points, rewards, and order tracking. The backend was structured around secure role-based access, scalable APIs, and clear data flows between sellers, customers, and admins.
